This policy describes how Spectral Divide handles information for Spectral Divide. It does not describe, limit, or replace Epic Games' own privacy relationship with Epic Games users. When Epic Online Services features are enabled, Spectral Divide may receive limited information through those services, such as Product User ID, Epic account ID where applicable, display name, authentication status, lobby/session data, and service status. We use information received by Spectral Divide only to operate and support Spectral Divide, provide online features, maintain safety, and troubleshoot issues.

9. Voice, Chat, Social, and User Content Features

If Spectral Divide enables voice chat, text chat, reports, friends, parties, display names, user-generated lobby names, screenshots, or similar social features, information you share may be visible to other players and may be processed for safety, moderation, support, and enforcement.

Do not share sensitive personal information in lobby names, display names, chat, voice chat, screenshots, or public multiplayer spaces. If reporting or moderation tools are enabled, reports may include player identifiers, display names, session details, chat excerpts, screenshots, voice snippets if supported by the platform, or other evidence relevant to the report.

We disclose personal data only as needed for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising.

If we later add analytics, embedded media, account login, advertising, retargeting, pixels, or non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or consent options before using those technologies.

Browser "Do Not Track" signals do not currently change the operation of the website because the website does not use targeted advertising or tracking cookies. Where a legally required privacy preference signal applies and is technically supported, we will honor it.

If Spectral Divide is sold through a storefront or includes purchases, payment information is generally processed by the storefront or payment processor, not directly by us.
